Jio integrates with WhatsApp to offer mobile recharge, payments to users

Jio users now get full control of their mobility, JioFiber, and JioMart accounts via Whatsapp. Considering WhatsApp is a popular chat application, it should allow better ease of usability. Jio users can directly recharge their number through WhatsApp. You can also get a new Jio SIM or Port-in (MNP), get support for JioFiber, international roaming, and JioMart all through WhatsApp now. This new feature comes after WhatsApp-owned Facebook had invested in Jio back in April 2020 for a 9.99 percent stake. Notably, JioMart is already integrated within WhatsApp and allows users to place orders on the chat application.
