After the rush of the jump and the trek back up, you’ll likely feel a massive "adrenaline crash." Don’t rush back to the city immediately. The cafeteria at the jump site has a great view where you can sit and watch other people jump while you process your own experience. Grab a coffee, re-hydrate, and maybe chat with fellow jumpers. There’s a unique camaraderie among people who have just survived the ledge! Taking 30 minutes to just sit and relax helps you soak in the achievement.
